350 headers

350 headers
I got a 305 tbi, i got some headers off craigslist off a neighbor for 40$. They have some wear and tear but in decent shape, There is no port for 02 sensor, but anyways would these work on my 305, will i need a different Y pipe ? and what kind are they ? they have no serials i looked all over,

those tubes look huge. where they off a thirdgen? or just a random set made for 350s? mostlikly they might flow too good for your motor. do you know how big the primarys are???

Are those headers made specifically for a thirdgen? If not, they probably wont fit. Also, they dont have AIR tubes, so you wont pass CA's smog test with them. You will need to have an O2 sensor bung welded in on the driver's side header. Last, your y-pipe wont fit, you will need to have one custom made.

it was only 40, not to big of a loss, they were off a 350 the fella couldnt really tell me much. Thanks for the info, think im gonna sand them repaint them and try to sell them, should get my 40 back 
thanks for the information btw anyone know where to pick up some cheap good flowing headers ?
Ill be going back home to indiana in sept, gonna reregister my car there, that way i dont have to worry about smog, but till then gotta find some headers

Sorry, there's no such thing as cheap and good.
Hooker 2055's are 1 5/8" tubes with the y-pipe, and Dyno Don's are 1 3/4" headers with a y-pipe. Those are the best shorty headers available for thirdgens.
