OK, so My 1986 T/A Had MANY things unhooked or Jerry rigged when I bought it.

I am currently awaiting to put my new exhaust in, I saw my old cat is not even hooked up to the AIR system. After a few searches I see what it hooks up to. But I have no idea what I should run to it or what I am missing.

Rubber hose? metal line? etc.?

Here is what my AIR system looks like now, someone cut the line and stuck a bolt in the line and put a hose clamp on it. Sorry for the blurry pics, my cam doesnt like close ups!!

 

Doesnt any one have all there emissions hooked up on there 86?? I want to know what I need to hook that up. I assume it goes to the cat but I want to be sure.

Anyone?

I want everything to work the way to should out of the factory.

 

Its a tiny metal tube like thing thats pre bent and such. U mihgt have a hard time finding one unless you look at a junkyard for a complete car and just hack it off and place it on yours

 

Darn!! Thats annoying. The closest junkyard with any decent third gens is like over an hour away. i dont feel like driving that far for some little bent tube!!!!!!



Does anyone know the official name for it? I am going to post a WTB in the classified section. I am sure plenty of people are taking theirs off.
