So, im on the verge of purchasing a set of the 2210's and a muflex y-pipe(with o2 bung). After reading the sticky about the installation of these i have a couple of questions. By the way, my plan is to have the 2210's into the muflex y and then into my magnaflow 3in catback that i already have.

1. is the reason why the guy who wrote that had problems with his y-pipe because he had the poly engine mounts in and it raised his engine? it said that he had to modify the y-pipe to make it work. so since i have the stock engine mounts will i not have to modify that 250.00 pipe?

2. in regards to the heated o2 sensor, how does that get hooked up to the wiring harness. because i know the stock one is just one wire going into a plug in thing (what ever you call it lol), so how does the extra wires tie into all this. do you just splice it in to the pre-existing wires somehow?


sorry if these questions may have been covered already, i just want to have all my bases covered before i drop a grand on headers and a y.
