I live in Texas but can't find the laws on catalytic converters. My car is an 86 Camaro. At what year do you have to start putting on the Catalytic converters? I bought the car a little over a month ago but just has 2 glasspacks. So was just wondering if any1 knew if it was required for me to have one on the car. thank you for any help. (And if so what would you suggest)
