Hey so i have a 7qt moroso pan,

My y-pipe doesn't fit because the pan drops down to a square bottom and where as 5qt oil pan slowly slopes down is where the y-pipe is supposed to run.

so what would you suggest to correct the problem... they are roughly an inch on each side to short... you think lengthening it is possible?

You could probably do that. Just cut off the end, and weld a piece of pipe on that's size of the gap. Or you could go with straight pipes. It might be cheaper to go with the first option though.
