What flowtech header is this???????? 31116
I have done my searching, & can not find where this part number was used for 3rd gen Flowtech headers, part # 16102 is all over the place, but not 31116. Is it just the coating that makes for a diff part #?

Thanks. It's too late though. I got some long tubes for free, & the 3" y-pipe for $13. I did search on here, but that's as far as I went.
