4th gen magnaflow on a thirdgen?

4th gen magnaflow on a thirdgen?
I found one for sale for $100, just wondering if they bolt right in, im concerned about the back of the car, i currently have a 4th gen slp loudmouth setup, but the muffler is in the center of the car...i want the
magnaflow so that i have room to put in an electric exhaust cutout.

The Magnaflow bolts up....just need to relocate a bracket hanger IIRC. Very minor.
If you like the SLP...why not make a y pipe adapter (like the Borla) and put the exhaust cutout on the ypipe.
In other words you would have the cutout where the Borla has the exhaust plates....just a thought.
