Where can I buy a Y-Junction for my exhaust?

Where can I buy a Y-Junction for my exhaust?
Currently I have a fabbed up 3" y-pipe to single 4" over the axle. It sits somewhat low under my T56 crossmember right now and i want to redo it. I am going to make my own "Hump style" Trans crossmember to gain about 2" clearance over what I have now. My question is where can I find a Y junction for my exhaust? (2) 3" pipes to (1) 4" pipe?

Thanks for the link. I looked through Summit and couldn't find it. That's a little pricey. I wonder if a local muffler shop can make one for me?
