Exhaust pipe sagging
I need help finding the rubber-like strap that the exhaust pipes hang from near the tips. I do not know what they are called, there is one for each side (with dual exhaust) and without them the pipes sag real low

Try the autoparts stores. I managed to buy the rear mount your referring to from advance autoparts. It sort of looks like a rubber strap that bolts to the rear subframe rail and to a mounting tab on the exhaust pipe.

Re: Exhaust pipe sagging
Most parts should have what you're looking for. It looks basically like an exhaust clamp with a 4-6" rubber strip attached. I need to pick up a couple for my tailpipes as well as they are doing the same thing.
