good price 4 headers?

good price 4 headers?
Are these headers worth the price, he says their hooker shorty style competition headers, and wanted 100 bucks but i talked him down to 75, good price?

if they are hookers, they will have a tag on one of the header tubes.
do they come with the y-pipe? you need that too
the rust looks pretty bad though, not surface rust, it looks flaky.
i would pass personally.

the other picture was of the hooker tag, im doin true duals so no y pipe is needed, and ill make the choice tommorow when i see them in person
