I'm trying to locate a right side manifold for the 2.8 that has the EGR on it. I've been searching all over and cant find them anywhere. I need the EGR to be there because of visual emission inspection. My current manifold is cracked and I was given an estimate of $400 to $600 to weld it with no guarantee that it'll hold. I'd rather just buy one then to spend several hundred on a weld that blows out a week later.

You won't find a new one. They only have driver's side manifolds available. There are a couple on eBay right now. I've been watching them for a while. You can also use the ones for the 3.4 and the 3.1, but you may need to find a bolt to plug the AIR fitting next to the EGR tube connection.
