Cat converter recommendations
What brands / design of catalytic converters would be a good choice for my car? I'm not concerned about max flow so much as finding the best one at reducing tail pipe emissions. So does any one brand consistently outperform others in this aspect? (Walker, magnaflow, catco, random tech, etc..)
I was thinking of using a pair of magnaflows since I run true duals: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MPE-94016/
Thanks!

Re: Cat converter recommendations
I am using Random Tech based on the flow qualities as well as their effectiveness at doing their job. I got my information from an article in a magazine. IIRC, it was a Car Craft from sometime in early '02 that talked about converters. They said that it was the best one at cleaning emissions as well as best flowing. If you are interested in going that route, there was a guy about a month ago that was selling a pair in the classifieds.

The Magnaflow cat. you have picked out at summit is top of the line. Its the same one Ive been running for the last 5 years. My car has some miles on it (it says 95000 but Ill bet its been turned over)And I live in CA were they don't mess around when it comes to SMOG testing. Never even came close to failing over the last 5 years its been installed. Had a guy run me off the road once at about 25mph and ended up jumping a 12" high road divider and sliding down that thing for a good 20 feet.Sounded like someone was using a grinder on the bottom. Left a gouge under the full length of the car .Including marks on the cat. Still no problems. There built tough.
