Hooker 2460 Headers with Doug's Y Pipe: FITMENT ISSUES

Hey Guys,

Tried installing my headers and Y pipe today. I have the Hooker 2460s, and a Doug's D901 Y pipe. Long story short, the Y pipe flanges DO NOT line up with the headers. Not close. I am going to contact Jegs tomorrow, and if necessary, Doug's.

Question: Has anyone else had fit problems with this combo? Any suggestions? I might bite the bullet and just return the Dougs Y pipe and buy the Hooker Y pipe. Thoughts???

I just finished the installation of my hooker 2460s and although i did not buy a y pipe with them i am altering the stock y pipe to get me by and i am gettin one custom bent. I think you could just get one made for less than the price of hookers $275 y pipe.

what make you think 2 different manufactures parts would be interchangeable? You need the matching hooker y-pipe, or the matching dougs headers.
