I have a set of long tube headers but they have to be welded to the rest of the exhaust. The last owner cut the flanges to bolt them on.

heat up the manifold with a torch or soak it in liquid wrench and remove that stud then buy a new one at napa and install it.

Thanks for the help. I'm soaking it in pb blaster as we speak. When I get off work tonight I will try to take it off.
