What is the difference in these 2 hooker super comp systems

This set up the only difference i can tell is it says for 5.0:
http://m.summitracing.com/parts/HOK-16823HKR/Media

And this set up is for 5.7 and like 10 or 20 bucks more
http://m.summitracing.com/parts/HOK-16827HKR/Media

Notice they both have the exact same description but different pictures, and even with the 5.7 system it says it comes with a black muffler. I don't get it

Re: What is the difference in these 2 hooker super comp systems

Hmm didn't catch that I guess, but how can one be rated for 5.7 rather than 5.0 if they are the exact same system? I have a 350 that runs 12s and I dont Wanna put that on if it's going to be restrictive

no way is that going to be too restrictive on a healthy 350.

That's a dangerous way of using the internet.
You could have started your first post with "here is what I want to hear:..."

No offence intended, but the internet is one of those locations where everyone has (and has the right) to an own opinion, without risking personal health.

There are ways to calculate or at least estimate based on flow numbers, whether or not an exhaust is going to be restrictive.

Just a thought.

Based on the little information you provided, I think travis401 might be right however.

They're not "ratings", they're descriptions of the original equipment of the platforms they're designed for.

Re: What is the difference in these 2 hooker super comp systems

Maybe you took it the wrong way or something but it was more like an "awesome". But based on the two systems it doesn't make since how one can be rayed for a 5.7 vs. 5.0 if they are both the same system just different mounting features.
