Options for the dual cat setup?

I have the stock dual cat setup on my car with Hooker shorty-headers and the borla catback.
Now I have to replace one of the cats. So far I found the Magnaflow setup (36479) with seems to bolt right up.
Is this any good or are there other better options?

I know that this question must be asked a few times, but I didnt find an actual thread about this.

36479 must be the one with the new cats. (old...23479)

Here is a picture of the old setup and what you need to do to make it fit.
I have marked where it needs to be cut, then you need to build new connections to connect to your headers.
Also the end narrows down to 2 3/4" so cut it and add a 3" connection.

Re: Options for the dual cat setup?

Summit lists the 36479 as 50 state legal and the 23479 as 49 state legal

Re: Options for the dual cat setup?

its not hooker-brand headers, there are hedman shorties 66491 so probably this makes it easier to mount!?

are there other possibilities? should I just buy two new converters?
