Hooker 2460 clearance issues on a 87 tpi 305

Hooker 2460 clearance issues on a 87 tpi 305
Got a pair of hooker 2460 headers but have an installation problem on the passenger side. How can i solve the problem with the heather tube and do i need to delete al little bit of the transmission cap?
