bought a magnaflow catback

bought a magnaflow catback

was hoping i wouldnt touch this car for awhile but its only been a week and ive ordered a catback for it lol. anyway my question is the car does not have the factory cat still on it and i cant weld stainless so how will i need to attach the catback to my 3in converter?

maybe so but i thought the kit comes with the flange to bolt to the factory cat.

What do you mean you cant weld stainless? stainless welds just like steel if you have a mig all you need is SS wire and a tri mixed gas, or you can weld with regular gas and wire but the welds will rust

i have a cheap hf fluxcore mig welder i cant hook gas to it.

Yeah I was thinking about cutting it where needbe and putting one of those band clamps on I can get them localy and I have two of them on my ory on my yukon.
