Headman headers installed. Now quieter. Why?
I had some Headman ceramic (professionally done) coated headers and y-pipe fitted last week, along with Bosch III injectors (thanks SouthBay and American Technique for the brilliant work/ products).
I have no cat and dual cherry bombs. Before the car sounded pretty brutal and was popping on the overrun with small backfires. Now it is quieter on full throttle and no back firing. I was thinking that perhaps there is no more unburnt fuel making its way back to the glasspacks, thus making it quieter.
Any ideas at all? To drive it is way more responsive and you can feel the extra ponies for sure. Just surprised that it is quieter.

Thanks for the great injectors southbay!
She's stalling when warm but am pretty sure it could be the IAC valve as American Tech. changed my entire throttle body at the same time for the nice polished unit you see here.
