Summit G9105 headers on a L98 camaro
No one has ever mentioned anything about summit-G9105 headers. Everyone seems to be obsessed with Hooker 2055's but what if I have a magnaflow dual cat kit that I welded up to fit on the stock exhaust manifolds. I don't want the 2055 Y pipe because the "Y" actually meets up a lot sooner than my magnaflow y pipe. Anyways, all I want to know, are summit G9105 headers any good? I would have to cut and reweld that magnaflow dual cats kit to work.

I see this is an older post but I've been looking at this particular header recently. I have pondered the dissension about the best header for my application as well. This header has now been purchased and on the way from Summit!

BUMP!!! I am getting ready to redo the exhaust on my stock L98 and would love feedback on these.

I've only test fitted them on the engine, that is outside of the car still. They look awesome! The coating appears to be completely covering all internal surfaces also. [/IMG]
