Custom collector? 4 pipes horizontal?
Since space is tight under 3rd gens, has anyone got a custom collector made with the pipes being 4 in a row horizontally? Rather than 2 pipes above 2 pipes?
I am planning a set of new headers that would be either 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 primaries, so it'll be tight for room.

It's been done before. I believe it was hedman that used to offer a flat collector design for 3rd gen F-bodies. IMO, it looked like it would kill a lot of hp. I dont see how there would be any exhaust scavenging with that design. They didn't exactly help increase ground clearance either if I remember correctly.
