They look like Dynatech headers. The reason for the crossed over cylinder6 pipe is so it clears the factory AC box on the car. I have a set of these on my 86 with AC. Damn good find for 60 bucks. I have pasted a link to JEGS that has these and accessories.

They look a lot like headman headers to me. Pics showing the end of the collectors might help figure it out
