Re: Hedman Street Hedders 68460?
My wife bought me a set last year for my 92 RS and they seem to be doing good for me.. although to get them installed I had to bend them down a good amount around the collector to clear the heat shield for the clutch slave cylinder and the A arm... done some trimming on the A arm mount also like alot have had to do... I still have a wee bit of rubbing that I have yet to get a chance to look at and take care of, which I think is more from the Y pipe and the transmission crossmember. Got a guy to fab up a Y-pipe and run into the 3 inch pipe already in place from previous exh work... gonna get that re-done soon tho.. he ended up using 2 1/4 on it even after I asked if he could run 2.5".... granted I got a decent deal on the pipe, but I think he took a shortcut there... as the adage says, ya get what ya pay for! What a ride tho heading up to the muffler shop with open headers!!! Thank goodness I know and work with all of the local law enforcement!
