The only difference is can see is a couple bucks and that 16820 is for H and E engines and 16823 is for G F and 8 engines. Is there a difference in the way the exhaust fits from cat back on single cat cars?

Re: What is the difference?

The difference is the flange connection at the converter. Some thirdgens had a smaller outlet on the converter and others had a bigger outlet depending on the engine size. You can see it in the pics.
