Need advice and pictures of muffler
Muffler shop redid the exhaust completely on my 89 firebird formula..
Used a flowmaster muffler. It's supposed to be installed in the factory configuration. The previous owner had a weird hack job going on..
My concern is that the muffler is almost touching the gas tank. I don't have a heat shield there. Could someone take a cell phone pict of what its supposed to look like under there? Stock config.. Near the tank. Any advice on a heat sheild?

Yes, a heat shield is a must. This is my single 3" with a Powerstick muff.

you are missing the little L shaped bracket that bolts the heat shield to the panhard support bar
