The mufflers on my 92 camaro are currently in the back by the rear bumper facing the rear. 2 40 series flow masters. Question is has anyone put the mufflers under the rear seat area before the axle and still brought the pipes out the back? Alot of people are telling and I wont hear my cam really at all with the mufflers after the axle in the current location. 350 sbc with ****** thumper cam. The car is open headers right now but the exhaust is cut and its just hanging there. Debating on if I should just hook up it like this or get it redone with mufflers before the axle

 

Just hook it up the way it is and see how you like it. You will hear the cam just fine coming out of the rear.
