Would this Exhaust setup work?
I have a 91 camaro rs. I'm going to do a 350 swap and looking for headers. The car already has 3 inch exhaust with the cat removed. Is it possible to buy a y pipe and header package and modify it to fit? Or am I going to run into more problems?

You should have no problems going with something like Hooker Headers 2055 (with highflow Y-pipe. 2.5's coming into a 3"). A Good exhaust shop should easily be able to fab something up to fit.

Any suggestions on cheaper headers? I know I shouldn't but I kinda want to go cheaper on them.

Summit sells cheaper ones, may be hit or miss as to whether they fit right or not though. Some people have had issues, others have not.
