I believe there was a thread by someone who did that. Somehow cut into the rocker panel so the exhaust exit was through the panel not under the car. Can remember exactly how it was done but looked cool.

I didn't know if anyone had done it or not an made it look decent I was thinkin of doin it myself to do true duals an run em out in front of the rear tires I just didn't kno if anyone had pics or thoughts

I have true duals that dump just before the rear axle. If that gives you any kind of idea of what it would look like/require.

I have 2.5" pipes and about 4-5" of ground clearance. (with a 28" rear tire)

For more clearance, ya can always do side pipes. I'm running true duals, side pipes that lead to stacks, only clearance issue is the collector. I just welded em too low so they bottom out from time to time, but that's it.
Using shorties, I just welded on bent pipe to exit to the side just in front of doors, then ran pipe straight back to behind the doors, 90° turn upwards and bolted the stacks to the side of the car

the only place im rubbin is right behind the rear driver side tire bcz of where I welded it kinda hangin low also if I want to ill cut it an re weld it kinda up tighter but right now im good with it
