sub frame connectors
Just bought a 91 Camaro, it has sub frame connectors installed on it. Car has 88,000 miles on all original except for connectors and strait pipe exhaust. I would prefer to have car all original, but now that it is not what have you guys done with your exhaust with connectors installed because it looks like there is no clearance for pipe in stock location, as far as under passenger side floor board? Thanks for any help. Side not I have bought walker intermediate pipe, muffler, and tail pipes just wondering why they make all the connections the same size. Meaning I thought they would all slip together then weld or clamp.

Re: sub frame connectors
My SFCs are UMI, so they might be different, but you can see it's run in the stock location.

Re: sub frame connectors
Just a note from experience: The UMI bars are great but if you use SLP headers and Y-pipe, the small bracket that welds from the passenger side bar to the inner frame rail will not clear. Stock exhaust still gives you plenty of clearance due to a smaller diameter Y-Pipe.
