1985 IROC aftermarket headers on a 1984 H.O.?
Hey guys just a real quick question, I have some aftermarket headers that came with my old Iroc that I sadly wrecked last year, anyways my question is will they fit my 84 H.O? (305 4bbl)I really don't wanna take off my stock headers now just to find out there not compatible lol. From my knowledge the old Iroc 305 TPI is stock with no engine upgrades, are both year heads the same?

ALL headers are "aftermarket". The factory only used manifolds. There is no such thing as "stock headers". Only manifolds.
IROC is an acronym; the initials of the name of a now-defunct racing series, the International Race Of Champions. It is in all caps, no dashes or other decoration, sorta like NATO or TDOC or something.
If the IROC had the TPI motor, yes they will fit. There will be a minor issue re the EFE valve but not insurmountable.
If it had the LG4, no they will not.
If it had the L69 aka "HO", the motors are for all practical purposes identical, and thus of course they will fit.
Heads are the same regardless. You could put the same headers on a 55 Vette 265, a 61 Biscayne 283 2-bbl, a 69 Z28 302, a 76 Impala 350 4-bbl, a 97 Vortec 350, a .... ANY small block, wouldn't matter. Chassis, yeah you'd have some rough spots; heads, all the same as far as headers or manifolds. The fitment problems wil lhappen elsewhere besides at the heads.

Got you, another question, and sorry if the question is dumb just asking. If I put those on with a straight pipe exhaust, will I have to worry about my a.i.r lines that went to the old manifold, and will that mess with my computer? Emission checks are not a problem for me once so ever,

When I did my exhaust swap, I got rid of the A.I.R system in it's entirety and didn't have any issues with my computer.
