o2 sensors on my long tubes... need help

I just bought some long tubes.. i have a 92 with a 350.. The long tubes I bought do not have spots for the o2 sensors. I was trying to find where is the best spot to put the bung. Or could I weld the bung into the Y-pipe? Only reason I say Y-pipe I didn't want to destroy the ceramic coding. Thanks

Ideally you want to put it right after the collector but before a merger. This is because any leak will change the readings. If you have no leak in the Y pipe put it as close to the headers as you can.
