What brand are they? You are going to have to know to buy the matching Y-pipe.
Or you will have to have one fabricated.

Re: Headers on a lg4
They look like they'll bolt to the motor (i.e., they're for SBC).
Whether they'll fit in our chassis is a whole other question, let alone, whether they'll bolt up to any of YOUR existing exhaust parts.

Re: Headers on a lg4
Dyno Don Headers or Hooker 2055's are the only two shorty sets that can come with pre-made Y-pipes for our cars. There are one or two long tube designs that fit but, as mentioned earlier, without knowing what you have we can't help much
Re: Headers on a lg4
These are shorty headers, I would have to check but I believe they are hooker or edelbrock?

Re: Headers on a lg4
Are they for 82-92 Camaro/Firebird?
Do you have the Y-pipe etc.?
If the answer to either question is no, then the part you showed a photo of doesn't matter a whole lot.

I was told they are for a third gen, they are edelbrock headers. I do not have the y pipe. I was concerned with the shape of the exhaust ports.

Looks like Edelbrock "TES" for TPI....... might be a stamp on the flange somewhere.

There's nothing wrong with the shape of the exhaust ports. They fit small block Chevy which is what the LG4 is.
If the seller doesn't have the Y-pipe, and if they aren't REALLY for 82-92 Camaro/Firebird as opposed to "I was told", they are all but useless to you. Yes, it would be possible to have someone make one, IFF they are for our chassis in the first place, which is still an open question; but the cost will rival buying a complete set of headers WITH matching Y-pipe, and the fit and workmanship are likely to be highly inferior. Even IFF they're for 82-92 Camaro Firebird IN REALITY as opposed to "I was told".
Edelbrock TES has a tag on it with the part # and the CARB EO # which you can look up before you buy them to make sure they are for the right car IN REALITY. (or could at one time anyway... not sure if that's still on the web or not, but if you find it when you go to check them out, post it, and maybe somebody here will know)
Pass on the purchase. Keep looking for a complete set.
