Normal operating temp start up. Car now has the following:

ECM and emissions delete (except ayp cat)
1406 edlebrock carb
Edlebrock performer intake
Hedeman shorty headers
Modified hedeman Y pipe (made 3 inch at y)
3 inch AYP short CAT
AYP 3" 4th gen mid pipe
Magnaflow 3" in dual 2.5" out
Dual tip tips

This is with ONLY 30 MILES on the magnaflow, I will do a follow up at 500 and maybe 1000 miles to see how the sound changes as it breaks in. Hope this helps anyone looking for exhaust sound clips. Questions welcome.

Please note that my previous clip with the 2.5 inch mid pipe and flow master had NO CAT, it now has a 3" ayp short barrel cat.

 

Sounds good to me. I've always liked the sound of Magnaflow mufflers myself.

I’ve thought about getting the muffler from that system for my ‘Bird (looks nearly identical to yours) so I’m glad you posted this. I currently have the hooker catback but with stock replacement tailpipes as I hated the look of the hooker pipes after they went on. With the 383 it’s actually a bit loud for my taste and it seems like the magnaflow might be too so you’ve saved me $130! Thanks!
