Engine/Header question

Can the engine be put in with a set of shorty headers already intalled? Or do you have to put them on after the engine is in?

They are shorties...put in afterwards since they go on easy, that way you have room to move your engine around without worrying about bashing them in or if they'll fit.

I've had small blocks in and out of my firebird a lot, I don't think you will get the headers in while on the motor. Even if you have the engine bay gutted.
