Exhaust U pipe

So I have a 92 z28 with the exhaust that runs down the passenger side. When I purchased the car it did not have an exhaust at all. I'm looking to piece mine together. I already have from the headers to the cat. I have the Flowmaster 42583 80 Series Muffler. My question is what size radius U-bend pipe do I need to go over the rear axle? Thanks!

Re: Exhaust U pipe

Its not really a U shape in the traditional sense. It is more of a hump. Depending on right height and panhard rod choice you'll likely have to experiment under there.

Re: Exhaust U pipe

Ah, okay. I'm kind of thinking I should just take it in and have the exhaust done professionally, but I'm trying to save some money at the start. Thanks for responding!

Well I'll be...I guess I'll be placing an order with them. Thank you! I don't know why I didn't find that.
