hooker catback question, PLEASE HELP

will the hooker catback fit my 84 camaro with a 71 350???? i went to jegs and other sites and it says that it will only fit 305s, Is this TRUE???????

Axle/Gears: 342

It should all depend on the size of your y-pipe. Even if it doesn't match up perfectly have an exhaust shop weld a piece on it, that's what I did.
