Got mine today! A huge shout out to @Dyno Don for making these, and to @lonsal for processing my order. Great customer service, and packaging was top notch. They made it all the way here to the east coast of Canada with hardly a mark on the boxes. Can't wait to get started on this project
Headers and Y pipe arrived today. All's I can say is WOW, Don has done an Awesome Job!!!!!
Thanks again Don it was a real pleasure doing business with you......
Hey guys, I also received my Dyno Dons and got them installed! Did anyone else run into fitment issues specifically on the passenger header? My collector flange runs into my k member and prevents me from mounting my y-pipe. Maybe @Dyno Don could comment on if he's ran into this before? 89 Trans Am with 60k miles zero accidents.

Re: DynoDon headers
What kind of shape are you motor mounts and trans mount in? If they are rotted, smushed, and sagging maybe your engine isn't sitting in its factory correct location.
Rubber parts like mounts and bushing are out of sight and out of mind and get forgot about and overlooked.
Original motor mounts as far as I'm concerned. The trans mount is only a few years old as I replaced it when I did my T56 swap. Has anyone had good luck replacing motor mounts with the engine still in the car? I don't have access to a cherry picker unfortunately. Thanks!
When I pulled and rebuilt my 88 LB9 back in '17, I decided to install DD headers. As I recall, it was tough, but they did install with minimal clearance. I had new motor mounts and, if I recall, I had to hoist the engine just a bit.
New engine mounts were not good enough in my case,..... I still had to remove the new stock engine mounts and replace them with aftermarket POLY bushing engine mounts to (help) get the clearance I needed.
POLY engine mounts sit higher than stock rubber....... I had almost new engine mounts at first & clearence issues; installing POLY mounts made the biggest difference in getting the engine lifted up enough. ( I still have to grind / shave some of the frame too ). Yes; I asked about clearence using stock mounts before the header purchase & was told new mounts would be fine; but the drivers side header hit the Cradle & I had to swap the mounts with poly insert mounts ---- > WHILE the engine was installed. Installing mounts when there is no engine in the way is prettty "easy", but it's a PITA when the engine is still installed. ( I was sooo pissed ! )
FYI: * I installed a second set of DD headers on another car and in that case the PASS side header was the problem.

Double check that your engine mount 'clamshells' are installed on the correct side of the engine bay. I don't have the part numers handy - but you can search the forums for my older posts/pics that should show the part numbers.
Hold onto the rubber tranny mount,... you *might* want that to re-install once you get the header problem resolved. ( POLY tranny mount works good, but causes a very rough ride ! )
At this point every Thirdgen has bounced, bent, shifted, buckled, crashed in it's very own specific way and every one will be different, just like every header is gonna' be different. All it takes is driving into a curb and that whole engine cradle can/will shift. Change the tire/wheel maybe a bent tie rod and it all looks fine, when in reality the steering box twisted the drivers side fame rail on impact and shifted the 1/16": tolerance at the engine cradle-to-frame alignment pins from left-to-right....... **** happens.
With any luck,... this message will help in some way.
I haven't installed mine as of yet. I'm also curios to hear if the fitment issue is prominent in this "batch". What seems to be the best fix or work around in these cases?
Nothing lasts forever so with that being said.......
To anyone interested...
My plan is to make 10 more sets of headers
but the header shop wants me to pay for the material
in advance. The only way I can do that is "IF" I get
at least 8 orders for them.
So if you have been on the fence about getting a set, now is the time
to act and get your orders in.
PS: If not, that will be the end, I will hang it up and they will no longer be available.

I'm a bit late on this post where can I purchase for my 87 camaro 350
I know you've said "no" in the past, but any interest in doing a 1 7/8 version? I think there would be demand since there aren't other good options out there for stock K-member.
