Complete exhaust for 1986 IROC

My entire exhaust is junk... wondering if there's a full kit anyone recommends? Any kits that are clamp together (having started learning to weld yet...)? I'd like to get some headers too. My budget is.... well as cheap as possible without being junk. Dual exhaust, just something decent for a daily driver. 305 TPI
EDIT: also, I'm open to doing a cat-delete option if that would work better. I don't have to pass emissions.

I put a DynoMax Super Turbo on my 88 several years ago. Fit really nice, install in my garage, no special tools. Was reasonable back then. Nice deep sound too. Single pipe to muffler with dual exhaust pipes out back.

I used the Hooker Aero Chamber comp. kit.
Hooker Headers 16820HKR Hooker Super Competition Cat-Back Exhaust Systems | Summit Racing
This kit is about as reasonable as your going to get for a quality bolt on system that sounds awesome and fits great. This is a cat back system.

You said your entire exhaust is junk. Mine was too, I did the Hooker system with a Magna flow y-pipe and the GM N-10 exhaust manifolds. I purchased the manni's from a member here for $50. I had a muffler shop make a 3" pipe to put in place of the cat, that was around $125. I painted the entire system with hi temp ceramic coat paint before it was installed. I did this a few yrs back and the whole system cost me about $900 including the paint and it sounds awesome, I get alot of compliments on the sound.
