I like the part where it said that it alows exhaust to move more fluently into the atmosphere and keeps F.I. cars from bogging when you really get on it. Thats the same principal as "My stickers all together give me 100 hp".

'm gonna combine that with one of those tornadoes and have the spinniest third gen in the world!

looks like a cheap/crappy james bond mod- you can use it to cut holes in peoples front bumpers when they are chasing you.
