egr valve needed for 1989 camaro iroc 5.7L
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a new EGR valve for the model in the post title. I looked online and I'll I can seem to find are the ones for the 5.0. I was told the 5.7 and 5.0 use a different one, although in the pictures online they look completely alike. If they don't make it anymore and I can't replace it, do you know if I can take it off the manifold and clean it/retrofit it in any way? I'm changing the fuel injectors so I'm just taking the opportunity to replace/clean/upgrade components below the fuel rails.

Both Autozone and O'Reilly show the EGR valve is available.

I thought I had checked them and they only had the 5.0, but I'll double check. Thanks for pointing it out.
