Do they make a muffler like this? I can't find one. I already got the American thunder catback, but its not loud enough. Do they make something louder that I can bolt up? Thanks

I'm not sure, the outlet may actually be a "nipple" for lack of a better word, that can be widened to 3" by cutting.

they have 3" in dual 2.5" out 2 chamber. I don't think they have 3" in dual 3" out in a 2 chamber, but they do with a crossflow 80 series. It might only be avalible in cat backs

I just ordered one and it is a two chamber 3 inch in and out. The muffler is the 80 series part #43083. The set part number is on the site.
BTW, I spoke with a tech at Flowmaster and this is what they recomended.

 

They have these Single 3.00"/Dual 3.25"
