There are no headers (that I have ever seen) that were made for even the 2.8 f-body's.
So, either you are looking at the s10 headers.... which mean ground clearence issues and routing problems...
Or you are looking at the headers for the 3.4 (93-97) f-body's.
Those will work, but still with some necessary hammering and bending.
Good luck.

To answer your question, yes, 2.8L, 3.1L, and 3.4L engines have the same heads, so the headers will bolt right up.
Of if you go into the V6 Board you will find that I am in the process of reproducing the Hedman Super Comp Headers for the 2.8-3.4. I have the bender but am still waiting on the die.
And just FYI I am looking at selling them for around 150ish, at least the lucky few that get them direct from me. Others I am going to put on Ebay, and sell them that way.

Hunter for that price you can count on me being one of your first buyers. Is that with provisions to be smog legal? My car is really in need of headers so bad. My passenger side manifold has a nasty looking leak on it.
