hooker headers....
hooker headers...if i can't get a good deal on the slps i will go hooker....i found a part number "2052-1" for coated 1 5/8 headers with y pipe for the 83-85 ho cars....
anyone have trouble with hookers?...bad quality?...easy install?
oh yea...biggest need!!!....NO AIR TUBES

Hooker headers work great, but you can't get them made for thirdgens without AIR tubes, I called them and asked. However I have mine installed and they worked perfectly, no fit problems at all, however I had to plug the AIR with iron pipe caps, they're nice and shiny though.

You don't want the 2052's, either. Miniture cat connection.
The 2460's are available with or without the A.I.R. tubes, but no y-pipe is available.
If you don't want A.I.R. tubes and do want a decent y-pipe, get the 2055's uncoated, cut & weld the A.I.R. tubes shut, then have them coated.
