3" pipe too much for a mild 305?

Hey guys you can see my mods in my sig below and im getting a new exhaust system here soon. I'm wondering if a three inch pipe all the way out to the muffler would be too much, im not sure what stock is but at the bends it looks like its less then 2 inches, its really sad. If i went to three inch all the way out with no cat, would that make the tone deeper/louder?

I'm running 3 inch... noticed a change in power from stock exhaust and sounds great

3" will be fine, and you'll notice a slight power gain.
