If you install it the way it comes from them, yes. If you have an exhaust shop do it for you, no. I had them cut about 3 inches off of the pipe that comes over the axle and it fits nice and tight. I have yet to scrap on anything.
Oh yeah, don't even bother trying to use the stock exhaust hangers. If you do, chances are that your exhaust will sit low and be very noticable. If you get a shop to do it you can get the whole exhaust to sit high and nobody will be able to see the pipes unless they look under the car.
