Cat back and CAT!!!

i ordered the Dyno Max cat back a week or so ago... and i got it today. Im going to be putting it on this sunday. but while im under there should i gut the cat? will it make a difference or should i get a pipe to stick in there? what will be the best and easiest. The Cat is stock its 15 years old and 130 thousand miles have been through there. so im thinking GUT IT unless i hear other wise. i dont really want to spend the money on a new high flow one. and i can get by the emmesion's for an extra 40 bucks

so... Gut it, get a Pipe to go Through there or... just leave it alone...

If you have visual E checks then just gut it. If not, I'd put a straight pipe in. It'll make the car louder and perform a little better. Nothing too noticable though.

GUT IT!!! Not only will your car sound better, you'll gain power, espcially at freeway speeds, or higher RPM's!! My dad did it, I did it and so did my buddies. No regrets!
