Loose headers

I have had to tighten my headers TWICE since I installed them! I know that the first time was normal, but will they keep loosening up? My dad said that we can remove the bolts, drill holes through the head of the bolts, and "wire" them so that they will not loosen up anymore, but i don't want to go through all that if I don't have to.

Stage 8 bolts all the way. I've had my headers on for 3 years now and NEVER had to tighten the bolts. You may have to grind on the halfmoon locks a little but that's it.

Yea I agree with the locking header bolts. I had them on my '91 Z and my '90 truck and they never came loose on either of 'em. I will say that they were very tough to get the locks and clips on my Z-28 and I did have to grind the locks, but it was well worth saving the time to have to tighten them up later.
