Are the flowtech headers any good? If not, what would you recommend?

the flowtechs are f***ing awsome
if you are funing a 305 thay are perfect
i have them and thay fit better then alot of the more expencive headers you hear about but if you are runing a 350 i would not go any smaller then 1 5/8 primaries because the flowtechs only come in 1.5 " primarys
they made my car sound as sick as my freinds ls1 ta with borla
if you take the cat out and put a straight pipe and you put a flowmaster 80 on your car you will be striaght
with the mods in my sig i ran a 14.86 at 89.6 mph with a 305

i have the flowtech shorty headers, uncoated, on my 305. they seem to fit pretty well. i didnt get the ones that come with the y-pipe, so i am thinking of going to a custom y-pipe of custom dual exhaust with dumps before the rear axle. i noticed a performance improvement, but then again i was runniing stock LG4 exhaust manifolds, so i didnt notice a performance increase i would have been pissed. i cant compare the performance of these headers vs. other headers though. i am quite sure the 1 1/2" primaries will be restrictive on a 350.
