Ive been looking through catolougs and I cant find any 3 inch cat back exaust systems for my 82 Z28, all the books start at 83. What did chevy change between these years? and will an exhaust system fit that is labeled for an 83? I have no emissions junk on my car so if it is a difference in that that shouldnt matter any way.

Any body have any idea? I want to order the kit but Im not sure, and I dont want to pay the 20% re-stocking fee if it wont work.

I have owned both an 82Z28 and an 83Z28. I haven't seen any difference between the too systems.

 

Thanks alot, I think Ill order the exhaust next week.
