hedman headers instal time
me and my friends are thinkign about taking a day off of school to put on my headers, will we be able to do it in a span of 8am to 7 or 8 pm? say 12 hours? I heard u have to lift the driver side motor to put that header in, and have to modify the ac bracket on the passengers side, and make sure the 02 sensor is on the backside of the header instead of the frontside, and the y-pipe was a ho to get on.

I can't really give much advice since my car has no A/C or anything else but here is what I did:
The night before you do it spray all the bolts with PB Blaster or some other kind of penetrating oil. Then spray them again just before you do it. Be sure to remove your spark plugs, It makes it a lot easier to wiggle the headers around.
Passenger side - I had to remove the starter and that hard heater piping that runs along the subframe. It dropped right in.
Driver side - This was the biggest pain. I had to bend some brake lines and ended up scratching my valve covers. I removed the steering shaft (kinda tricky the first time you do it but then its easy) and it wiggled right in. The brake lines are very close to the headers though...
